If you would like to sell Ohio State merchandise on city property during game days, approval must be given by both the Office of Trademark & Licensing Services at The Ohio State University and the City of Columbus.
A fully executed Authorization to Sell Form will allow the named vendor to sell specified products in the city of Columbus in accordance with the following guidelines:
- All products must be purchased from the authorized licensed manufacturers and/or distributors, whose names have been verified with the Office of Trademark & Licensing Services at The Ohio State University.
- Vendor will not sell on University property. (see Ohio State Campus Map pdf)
- A representative sample of each item to be sold must be reviewed by the Office of Trademark & Licensing Services.
Once this form has been completed and approved by the Office of Trademark & Licensing Services, it will be faxed to the City of Columbus Licensing Office for the next step of the approval process. A copy of the fully executed form should be with the vendor at all times at the selling location.
