  (These dates are based on our standard of holding the reveiw meeting on the 2nd Tuesday of each month, with the understanding that the date may change due to scheduling conflicts throughout the year).

Licensing Agreement Fee Structure:

Non-Apparel Agreements - $300.00
Apparel/Headwear Agreements - $1,000.00
Annual advances are eligible for 4 quarters starting from 3rd Quarter through 2nd Quarter each agreement period.
Licensing Agreements are issued for a period of one year with an annual renewal of terms, advance and products due by June 30th.

Royalty Statement Schedule:

1. 3rd Quarter - July, August, September (Due October 31st)
2. 4th Quarter - October, November, December (Due January 31st)
3. 1st Quarter - January, February, March (Due April 30th)
4. 2nd Quarter - April, May, June (Due July 31st)

Royalty statements are mailed to each licensee as a courtesy to assist the licensee in reporting back to Ohio State Licensing Program. IF for some reason a statement is not received by the licensee, the above due dates still apply, per the standard licensing agreement.

Interest is calculated for any payments that are received beyond the established due date as per your licensing agreement.

The above dates, rates and terms are based on the standard licensing agreement with the understanding that any additions or changes made within the specific licensee's contract will supercede the above information.
